With a commercial podium that will most likely feature go-to food places and stores, the Arc Condos will offer a true lifestyle element. With the revitalization and almost “luxury” rework of the Erin Mills Town Centre, a building like the Arc Condos will serve the neighbourhood well to further define it as an urban core.
